Starbucks operates at a scale most designers never encounter—seasonal collections, hundreds of SKUs, multiple global markets. As Design Manager leading a team of four, I oversaw renders, graphics, and production design for every drinkware collection across North America and Latin America.

When high-profile collaborations came through—Starbucks × Wicked, × Disney, × Farm Rio — I served as a day-to-day creative lead on rendering, color development, and print production. Every one sold out. The Wicked collection became highly covetad, with pieces reselling on eBay for hundreds of dollars.

In 2025 my role expanded into trend research and strategic collection direction. I concepted and launched a seasonal global trend report—presented to C-Suite creative leadership—that has since been adopted company-wide to guide collection direction.
